Another one I've came up with.

Whyte Paladin
Illusionist

[nqb]Typical squishy carry, support spellcaster except with skills used to mindrape foes. Teaches enemies to observe every freaking movement to counter this guy, and teaches players to be extra careful to stay hidden forever.[/nqb]

[nqb]Whyte was one of the top graduates from his hometown to have mastered the art of magic in quite a short time. Specializing in illusions, he frequently plays pranks on the villagers, until a certain extent where he went out of control, severely damaging the village. He was then banished from his hometown forever. Taken in by a bandit crew, he then mastered the art of deception and trickery, eventually becoming a high-ranking villain among the lands. Sooner, the attack of the Scourge took everyone of his allies out, leaving him the only survivor. Despite having a notorious background, Whyte joined forces with the Sentinels, in order to avenge his fallen comrades.[/nqb]

Cloaked Fire
[IMG] |
Ability Type | Active
Targeting Type | Unit
Hotkey | F
| Whyte conceals a curse in his fire. He attacks normally to implant the curse in the target, only to have it activated a few seconds later, damaging and reducing the target's armor.

Level|Manacost|Cooldown|Casting Range|Area of Effect|Duration|Allowed Targets|Effects

-*Duration of armor reduction.
-Damage type is magical.
-Casting animation and projectile art remains the same as the attack animation and attack projectile art, however the curse implanted is visible to the caster and his allies only.
-Deals damage and removes armor only after the delay.
[/nqb][/nqb]
[nqb]
Red Alert
[IMG] |
Ability Type | Active
Targeting Type | Unit
Hotkey | R
| Tricks the enemy by creating an illusion of dying. The target's HP will display critical life (red life) for a few seconds. During that duration, only the caster and his allies will be informed of the trickery. HP will return to normal after the duration. Any damage taken will be reduced.

Level|Manacost|Cooldown|Casting Range|Area of Effect|Duration|Allowed Targets|Effects
1|150|25|550|N/A|3.75 seconds|Enemy/Friendly heroes|Creates an illusion of red life.

4|180|25|550|N/A|6.5 seconds|Enemy/Friendly heroes|Creates an illusion of red life.
[nqb]Notes:
-A 1.5 second delay for the target's life to go red on attack before it automatically goes red by itself.
-If the fake life should reach 0, it will remain at 1 HP.
-Caster and allies will have both their original life and fake life displayed.
-Should the target's actual HP really has depleted, it will die anyway.
-A buff will appear on the target only visible to the caster and his allies.[/nqb][/nqb]

[nqb]
Feign Death
[IMG] |
Ability Type | Active
Targeting Type | Unit
Hotkey | D
| Whyte places an illusion of death. If during the duration of the spell the target was damaged, it will go invisible, having the animation of its death and HP depleting to 0 replace it. In the process of feinting, the target will block most of the damage taken.

Level|Manacost|Cooldown|Casting Range|Area of Effect|Duration|Allowed Targets|Effects
1|150|25|550|N/A|Up to 2 seconds|Friendly heroes/Self|Reduce single incoming damage by 30%
2|160|25|550|N/A|Up to 2.75 seconds|Friendly heroes/Self|Reduce single incoming damage by 40%
3|170|25|550|N/A|Up to 3.25 seconds|Friendly heroes/Self|Reduce single incoming damage by 50%

-A few seconds after kill message appear, another message appears informing the attacker that he was tricked.
-Should the target actually die because the damage was overwhelming, a humiliating message will appear.
-A buff will appear on the target only visible to the caster and his allies.
-Target will only block the single damage and will continue to receive full damage while invisible.
-Will not trigger the feign if damage is lower than 30.[/nqb][/nqb]

[nqb]
Concealment
[IMG] |
Ability Type | Active
Targeting Type | Unit
Hotkey | C
| Whyte copies the form of the target. Red Alert and Feign Death can be successfully casted while disguised, but attacking and Cloaked Fire will break the disguise. Deals x2.5 critical damage when breaking through attack. Grants Sub-Skill Feign Attack.

Level|Manacost|Cooldown|Casting Range|Area of Effect|Duration|Allowed Targets|Effects
1|325|130|1500|N/A|20 seconds|Enemy, Friendly, Neutral|Takes form of target.
2|375|80|1500|N/A|30 seconds|Enemy, Friendly, Neutral|Takes form of target.
3|425|50|1500|N/A|40 seconds|Enemy, Friendly, Neutral|Takes form of target.
[nqb]Notes:
-Will not be auto attacked by enemies, friendlies or neutrals depending on the disguise.
-Gains vision of the disguised target.
-Will not be revealed on the minimap for enemies if disguised as enemy.
-Cancels casting animation for Red Alert and Feign Death.
[/nqb][/nqb]
[nqb]
Feign Attack
[IMG] |
Ability Type | Active
Targeting Type | Unit
Hotkey | T
| In disguised form, Whyte attacks a the designated target dealing no damage whatsoever.
[nqb]Notes:
-Only can be used while disguised.
-Only can attack targets based on the disguise.
-Copies the projectile art if any. (Melee range if melee)
[/nqb][/nqb]

Skill 1 : concept is good, however the -armor seems useless since the hero doesn't look like dps support oriented. I think another effect could be more interesting. To make it more simple, just make it an orb effect with same projectile.

Skill 2 : Instead of going red, I would suggest dealing 300ish fake damage. Concept is good

Skill 3 : Lore too similar to skill 2, even if it is very synergetic.

Ulti : nice concept as well

Overall : Nice illusions, but as a support hero this guy lacks a disable. I think you should replace the 3rd skill by a skill creating a shadow forest, with half real tree and half fake tree which you can go throught but still block vision to enemies. Allies gain vision (like sprout) and see which trees are fake (they are 75% faded).

I dunno, I think disable would be kind of OP for this dude, I mean basically his main role is to destroy ganks and ruin teamfights by scaring enemies and scouting using concealment as well as early game harass with the first skill.
I feel like keeping the 3rd skill mostly to save friendlies from single target powerful nukes, but your disable concept seems cool too.
Anyways thanks for suggestion and review, I'll think about it.

nice concept but could be simplified and improved since there is little synergy.

t-up on concept. t-down to the rest.

you could make red alert into something like: making the target ally invisible while creating a n illusion of it with a random(10%<x>3%) amount but low, reddened health.

that would be cool if one of his abilities where 2 random effects.

the first effect being either Damages the target for X amount to 0 damage.

Then the second effect either showing there health not changing from the nuke, a lot of health missing from the nuke, or them "healing" from the nuke, and the actual results not appearing until X seconds. But has a number appear over there head for allies to tell them how much damage the nuke did.
