Str Treads, Wand, Linkens, Manta, Butterfly, Skadi, Rapier. Pretty standard.

Other items to try : Bfury, Mjolnir, Satanic

Medusa is an agility carry so its only natural that the first item to come to mind is Manta Style. I'd go ptreads, diffusal, yasha into manta. After that is situational I believe. Butterfly? MKB? Buriza? Luxury items, assuming the game gets that far.

Str PT is a epic fail item for Medusa. Get int PT or its better you just have normal boots and rush to complete your inventory.

Details of build in my draft guide. Have a look. You'll know what to go for and why.

    Cookie cutter builds already mentioned.

Also try HoD, Diffusal and DR rush (though not all at once)

lol no. rapier has always been a legit core for medusa

linkens and guinsoo both? but your a dps hero..... who dps's lol. guinsoo and linkens kinda removes the dps capability of you as a hero doesn't it?

You do realize you can change your treads once you have it, right?

Int PT are a horrible choice on dusa

    1. Mana shield takes damage before reductions (Including armor)
This means that your mana pool suffers pure damage from incoming hits

    2. 130MP is not comparable to 190HP after you take into account armor easily hitting 40%+ reduction

There is not a required dusa build but rather a number of good items that should be build appropriately. Given that any ranged agi hero can farm stacked neut camps with HOTD Manta it is easily an option.

Satanic is an amazing item especially when combined with damage like DR/Butter

Sphere can be amazing against the right lineup
Similarly Skadi can provide insane EHP against lineups where sphere is less applicable

    Butter is a great item

Manta is more or less standard on ranged agi

Dusa tanks more with intel treads idiots not strength

Only if your dusa has negative armor

Int treads will provide 130 MP which will tank 260 damage

Str treads will provide 190 HP which will tank considerably more assuming you have even 40% reduction from armor. Which you will considering you are an agi hero that tends to make agi items.

    1) Power treads - buy BoT after getting all core items except divine
    2) Linken
    3) Manta
    4) Butterfly
    5) Satanic
    6) Rapier

Just check out ZSMJ medusa of GG

    wat nonsense..! (wat chuts)

Chk the graphs. less than 6 armor str treads better.. more than 6 armor int treads better.. if while keeping PT in str your current mana > physical EHP (neglecting mana shield) then str treads ofc is better (you total tankability does not depend on mana pool then..)..!!

    • Absorbs damage before any damage reduction takes place, meaning that armor will not reduce the amount of mana needed to absorb damage.
